Technical Support Assistant - Venue and Office IT Team

Working hours – Mon - Thurs - The IT team need to provide support to the Venue from 8am - 8pm on an early/late shift pattern. (There will be some flexibility on these hours dependant on event calendar and team diary)

Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm

We are looking for a knowledgeable and hands on Technical Support Engineer to join our team who are end to end responsible for all in-house IT systems, everything from deploying and maintaining rock solid internet infrastructure, through to managing desktop and server hardware/software and providing day to day technical support and guidance to our back-office team and venue attendees.

You'll be based at our central London HQ and vibrant tech event space right at the heart of London's buzzing and creative software engineering community.

You will get unrivalled access to some of the best tech events in the world. CodeNode regularly hosts world-class speakers and experts from across the entire technology spectrum, and we organise hundreds of free community meetups every year.
