What The Certified Scrum Product Owner Course Will Do For You
This course will help you perform effectively as both a scrum product owner and a team member. Through a mix of theoretical explanation, problem exploration and practical discussions, the 2-day course will equip attendees to be the best possible product owner for their Scrum projects.
As PO, your primary tool in Scrum is the 'product backlog', a list of features you want developed and prioritised by value, cost, and risk. The product backlog is used to make sure the most valuable functionality is built first and to remove risk early in the project. As you watch the system take shape, you will manage and restructure the product backlog to incorporate insights or respond to changes in business conditions. You may also identify and cancel unsuccessful projects early - often within the first several months - thus reducing risk.
